Refund Policy

Trip Cancellations

• If you cancel a trip more than 5 days before it begins, you’ll receive a full refund.
• If you cancel a trip less than 5 days before it begins, you’ll receive no refund unless I can sell your spot to another diver. I’ve already paid the boat or facility for your spot by this time.
• Cancellations due to weather conditions will be decided by the boat or facility supplying the trip, not by me. If a trip is cancelled by the boat or facility supplying it, you’ll receive a full refund.

Training Cancellations

• If you cancel your course, no refund will be provided for course materials that have already been given to you.
• If you do not finish your course, no refund will be provided for time and expenses already incurred up to that point of the course.
